What data we process and why. We process personal data only when you provide it to us yourself via e-mail (name, e-mail address, and message content), for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and any subsequent business communication arising from it.

Legal basis. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (steps prior to entering into a contract at the data subject's request) or point (f) — the legitimate interest of responding to received inquiries.

Retention period. Messages are kept for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and any related business communication, and for no longer than two years from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting regulations for concluded business).

Recipients of data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may reside with e-mail and web hosting service providers acting as data processors.

Cookies. This website does not use cookies or visitor tracking tools.

Your rights. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object. Requests can be sent to the e-mail address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
